Sketch of the Week

The subject of today's sketch, the downtown silo, has already been featured on this blog, but I can't seem to get away from this building.

This was one of the first sketches I did in full color. When I first got into town, I only had a few pieces of brown and pink chalk to accompany my pen and ink, which I continued to use pretty regularly. After I bought a car, I rewarded myself by buying some paint for sketching. I know, I lead a riveting life.
