Sketch of the Week

Today's sketch is a small amethyst crystal:

I'm not much a collector when it comes to anything, I move around too much for that, but I do have a few small rocks and crystals that I find aesthetically interesting. I particularly like this piece for its multifaceted surface, allowing for nearly endless explorations in light and shadow.
