One late spring morning I went to Bottomless Lakes, and was pleasantly surprised to see how green it had become with all the recent rain. I had my sketchbook on me, so I sketched some of the greenery after climbing among the rocky ledges:
By the time I got back to Lea Lake I was pretty warm, so I took advantage of the weather and went for a swim. The last thing I expected to find when I moved to Roswell was such an oasis as this, but I'm not complaining.
