Sketch of the Week: Pitcher Revisited

A few months ago I showed you a drawing of a pitcher I'd been given. I've actually done several studies of it since then, as I find its form intriguing. These these drawings were all done around the same time, over a period of a few days. The shadows in the background are the legs of my dining room table, to give you a sense of context.

I'm planning on using them as studies for a larger, more finished work, but I also like these as stand-alone pieces as well.
