After putting it off for years, I finally ventured into the world of cheesecakes. There are hundreds of cheesecake recipes online. I went to my favorite baking website, King Arthur Flour, for this one. You can access it here. As a first-time baker when it comes to cheesecakes, I appreciated the simplicity of its ingredients and instructions.

Here's the graham cracker crust. I used a food processor to grind them up.

The filling itself is comprised of cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. You don't get much simpler than that.

Doesn't that look lovely?

And here it is all baked up. The hole in the center is from the thermometer I was using to make sure the center had gotten hot enough to set properly. Since this was a first attempt, I wasn't going to mess around.

Anyway, not much to say about this post. I made a cheesecake and it was delicious. The End.
